♥ Nature Babies ♥

The super sweet Judi Maddigan, owner of Angels Landing Stamps, asked if I would make a couple of cards with her new digi set called Nature Babies 1. Well, one look at these cute little animals was all I needed to say yes! Aren't they just sweet?! You get all 12 of these adorable images, including some individual and some group images, for only $5.99! Just think of how many cards and creations you can make with all of these images for only a few dollars!

This first card uses just the rabbit and ducking image. {So cute!} All I did was color in the duckling with some Copics and added a little pink to the bunny's nose and then coated her with glitter. To finish it off, I added a little bow to the duck's neck.

This next card uses the group of animals digi. Once again, colored it in with Copics and added some glitter to the little lamb. These make great cards for Easter, Spring or would even make a great card for a new baby!

Thanks again Judi for thinking of me. It's always an honor to create something with your sweet images!! Don't forget to visit Angels Landing to see all of the other sweet images for sale too!

Have a wonderful day!

♥ New Giveaway Coming Soon! ♥

Be on the lookout for a new giveaway!! Will be posted soon!! ;)

♥ Simon Says... 3 Different Papers! ♥

This week's challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog is to use 3 different papers on your creations. It can be from the same manufacturer or you can mix them up! How fun!!

This week the Simon Says DT are featuring stamps by either C.C. Designs or The Greeting Farm. I chose an adorable set called Swiss Pixie Key and Lock by C.C. Designs. I love the sweet key, lock and sentiment in this set. I colored them in with Copics and Pastel Chalks and then coated them with glitter.

My card looks like I used more than 3 papers by I didn't. That's why I love these papers by Kaiser Craft from the Vintage Timeless Paper Pad. They are so pretty and a lot of them have a layered look to them. I also used some of my handmade seam binding and some Liquid Pearls in White Opal.

As always, Heidi will generously give the random winner of this challenge a $50 Credit Voucher to the Simon Says Stamp Superstore! Good luck everyone!

And lastly, I promised you all a pic of my latest find! A Vintage Victorian Singer Sewing Machine in a Cherry Cabinet that I picked up on Ebay for only $27.36! It was so cheap because it was pick up only and they were located only about 20 minutes from me. It looks even better in person and guess what? It actually works! The machine itself and the work light with old light bulb inside still works! Amazing!

Have a sweet day!

♥ Shabby Little Bear ♥

Happy President's Day! Hopefully you all are home from work/school relaxing and crafting! I had a busy weekend remodeling our downstairs laundry room. FUN! Well not the painting part of it. But the decorating part was! I will have pics shortly. I went with a vintage theme, of course! Oh, and I can't wait to show you all an awesome thing that I won on Friday on Ebay! An old Vintage Victorian Singer Sewing Machine in a beautiful wood cabinet! For only $27.36!! It happened to be Pick Up only and they were only 20 minutes from me. So I scored big time after a small bidding fight!! hehe Just love it! But Ebay can be addicting! Do you all have any Ebay stories??

This week's challenge at The Shabby Tea Room is called "High Tea". But your card does not have to have a tea cup or tea pot on it. We just want you to use the colors from the inspiration photo below and use a doily! Easy peasy!

This week the Shabby Girls are using some adorable digi images from our sponsor, The Stamp Fairy. I chose this adorable teddy from the Barry Peekers Collection and sentiment from the Sentiments Love Collection.

I also used some of my hand dyed seam binding ribbon, handmade paper rose, Prima trim, Liquid Pearls, and papers by My Mind's Eye and The Girls Paperie.

The winner of this week's challenge will win a $10 gift certificate to the Stamp Fairy store!

This week the SS girls are showcasing the fabulous Tim Holtz! {Love him!} I used a super cute clear stamp set called The Journey.
